Bella obtained her
Australian title in strong competition with in group awards,she was always the
clown of the kennels, when everyone is running free in the garden you can see
Bella holding onto the tail of the nearest dog, no wonder we lost white on
tails! Her other favourite game is the ball. she will focus on your hand forever
if you have the ball in it, but bounce it and she leaps into the air to catch
it, not something to be done in a show ring! Bella is now co owned with Dan Black and Debbie Butt in America where she has had tremendous success ,She is pictured above winning Best In Show All Breeds (one of only two Border Collies to do so in 2005 the other being Amer Ch Borderfame Spellbound) with Debbie handling her, Debbie says she has to find a child to play with her at shows as if she sees a little boy that looks like my grand son she just wants to go play with them instead of focusing on showing, (she grew up playing ball with my grandson Adam, and dogs never forget) Bella went to Dan and Debbie in whelp and they are having great results with the puppies, I am sure that 2006 will bring more great results for Bella and Debbie and the new kids at Sportingfields Kennels |
